Appointments for consultations and treatments can be made by ringing or emailing us. We are open daily in the afternoons from Monday to Friday. By Appointment Only. Please make an appointment for an obligation-free consultation at no cost, with a valid Medicare card. You will be assessed, before and after pictures will be shown, all your questions on benefits, risks and costs will be answered, and you will be given lots of information to take home. We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event of any cancellations or to reschedule appointments, or a $50 cancellation fee maybe charged. Trams From Swanston Street in the city, take any of the nine trams going north toward Melbourne University. Alight at tram stop 1, walk back a few meters, and then go across Grattan Street. Enter Bella Lane behind Mark's Pizza Cafe. The trams are: 1 (East Coburg - South Melbourne), 3 (East Malvern - Melb Uni), 5 (Malvern - Melb Uni), 6 (Glen Iris - Melb Uni), 8 (Moreland - Toorak), 16 (St Kilda - Melb Uni), 64 (East Brighton - Melb Uni), 67 (Carnegie - Melb Uni) and 72 (Camberwell - Melb Uni).
Trains We are a 10 minute walk north from our closest train station at Melbourne Central. Alternatively go to the Swanston Street exit from here or Flinders Street Station, and catch any of the nine trams going north toward Melbourne University and alight at tram stop 1. Buses Bus 402 (Footscray - East Melbourne) stops at the corner of Grattan and Swanston Streets. Parking Lots of metered parking available on Swanston, Grattan and surrounding Streets. Undercover secure parking available at the old Royal Women's Hospital car park (corner of Grattan and Cardigan Streets).
