Appointments for consultations and treatments can be made by ringing or emailing us. We are open daily in the afternoons from Monday to Friday, By Appointment Only. Please make an appointment for an obligation-free consultation at no cost, with a valid Medicare card. You will be assessed, before and after pictures will be shown, all your questions on benefits, risks and costs will be answered, and you will be given lots of information to take home. We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event of any cancellations or to reschedule appointments, or a $50 cancellation fee may be charged. Trams From the city, take trams 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 64, 67 or 72 from Swanston Street going north toward Melbourne University. Alight at tram stop No.2, at the corner of Grattan Street. Buses Buses 402 (Footscray - East Melbourne) and 546 (Heidelberg - Melbourne University) stop at the corner of Grattan and Swanston Streets. Parking Lots of metered parking available on Swanston, Grattan and surrounding Streets. Undercover secure parking available at the old Royal Women's Hospital car park (corner of Grattan and Cardigan Streets).
