Anti-Wrinkle Injections works by using a natural purified protein that relaxes specific facial muscles that cause expression lines, creating a natural appearance. Dermal fillers consist of a crystal-clear form of substance that occurs naturally in the body. The dermal filler holds water, hydrating and giving volume to the skin. It creates volume for the treatment of lips, lines, wrinkles and facial folds.

 

It's results are immediate and treatment takes approximately 30 minutes. As we get older the production of our natural collagen diminishes. A single injection of dermal filler replenishes the lost volume and improves your look by enhancing your profile.

 

Dermal Fillers are most commonly used to enhance, define and enlarge lips, and to fill nasolabial folds, the folds from the nose to the corner of the mouth. It lasts up to one year, depending on the area being treated, the depth of the lines, the condition of the skin and the lifestyle of the individual. Most people return at 6-9 months for a top up.

 

 

Treatment with dermal fillers involves injection into the skin, you therefore may experience some discomfort, however local anaesthetic can be used to minimise pain. Our third dermal filler E is manufactured by Anteis in Switzerland, and is also used for treating lips and mouth lines as it has the softest consistency.

 

Dermal fillers R, R.P and J come with a local anaesthetic called Lidoncaine pre-loaded in the syringe which makes the treatment significantly more comfortable. We also prepare all treatment areas with numbing cream and can perform nerve blocks if further pain relief is required.

 

 

For localised areas of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), Anti-Wrinkle Injections can be helpful and maybe life changing for some individuals.

 

The most commonly treated areas are the underarms. It works by reducing the activity of the sweat glands by stopping the nerve transmission to the glands.

 

Lots of small injections are used to cover the area. Generally for armpits, no anaesthetic is required, but we always apply numbing cream before hand to reduce your discomfort.

 

Usually the effect begins in a few days and increases for a couple of weeks. Depending on the amount of medication used and individual variation, the effect usually lasts between some months and a year with the average being 7-8 months. BBL broadband light energy can selectively target microstructures such as hair follicles, for the treatment of unwanted hair. Your treatment will be tailored for your skin type to ensure the safest, most effective and most comfortable treatment. An integrated system for cooling your skin will be used to remove heat and should ensure a comfortable treatment. Treatment time will depend upon the area to be treated. The BBL is suitable for most skin types, except very dark skin. Tanned skin should not be treated.
